Governed under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and Ministry of Tourism guidelines for recognized tour operators.

Version: 2026.2•Last Revised: October 31, 2026

1. Preamble & Nature of Bespoke Curation

Soulsventure Bespoke Journeys Pvt. Ltd. (“Soulsventure”, “we”, “us”, or “the Curator”) operates as an ultra-luxury private experiential travel designer. Every itinerary presented to a guest (“Client”, “Guest”, or “Traveler”) is uniquely tailored, handcrafted, and subject to real-time confirmation from heritage palaces, aviation charter operators, and state wildlife authorities.

By paying an initial commitment retainer, deposit, or confirming an itinerary proposal in writing (via email or authenticated digital portal), the Guest confirms full understanding and acceptance of these Terms of Curation.

2. Payment Schedule, Currency & Goods and Services Tax (GST)

A. Standard Payment Milestones

• Initial Retainer / Booking Deposit: 30% of total estimated journey investment upon itinerary design sign-off to secure palace suites and private aviation slots.
• Final Balance Payment: 70% due exactly 45 days prior to arrival in India (or 60 days for peak festive travel between Dec 20 – Jan 5).
• Bookings within 45 Days: 100% advance payment required upon itinerary confirmation.

B. Statutory Tax & GST Invoicing

All quoted pricing is subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) mandated by the Government of India. Formal Tax Invoices bearing Soulsventure GSTIN and the client's corporate GSTIN (if applicable for business ITC claims) are issued through our automated Concierge OS billing module.

3. Special Non-Refundable Statutory Components

Certain ultra-exclusive elements of your journey are governed directly by Government of India statutory mandates and strict supplier terms:

• National Park Tiger Safari Permits: Permits for Ranthambore, Bandhavgarh, Kanha, and Pench are issued non-transferably in the guest's legal passport name directly by the respective State Forest Departments. Under government mandate, safari permits are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable from the moment of reservation.

• Private Aircraft & Helicopter Charters: Private jet slots (e.g. Cessna Citation / King Air B200) and Bell 429 helicopter flights are subject to civil aviation landing clearances, non-refundable repositioning fees, and operator cancellation schedules.

• Peak Season Royal Palace Buyouts: Peak dates at premier heritage palaces (e.g. Taj Lake Palace Udaipur, Suján Jawai, Oberoi Amarvilas) operate under strict non-refundable festive policies.

4. Standard Cancellation & Amendment Policy

In the event that you must cancel or modify your journey, written notice to your senior curator is required. Refunds (excluding non-refundable safari permits and aviation slot fees) are processed according to the following schedule:

5. Force Majeure & Wilderness Protocol

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control (“Force Majeure”), including severe weather events (e.g., sudden snowfall on Khardung La in Ladakh, dense fog grounding flights in Kashmir), natural disasters, state-imposed wildlife sanctuary closures, civil unrest, or statutory VIP security protocols.

Founder Intervention Commitment:

In the rare event of a weather road closure or flight cancellation, our founders (Suraj Uniyal & Harsh Sood) actively step in to reroute the voyage, secure equivalent luxury palace/hotel accommodations, and reorganize private transport without leaving guests stranded.

6. Mandatory Comprehensive Travel & Health Insurance

Given the bespoke and remote nature of high-altitude Himalayan glamping (Ladakh/Kashmir) and wildlife safaris, it is a condition of booking that all traveling guests maintain comprehensive international or domestic travel insurance. Coverage must include emergency medical evacuation, high-altitude medical treatment, trip cancellation, and baggage loss.

7. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms of Curation and all contracts entered into with Soulsventure shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed exclusively under the substantive laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with our services, the Courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India shall possess exclusive jurisdiction.
